The Lamkin Street Duplexes:
An Arts and Crafts Condominium/Duplex design of 1,870sf three bedroom units. The ground floor has a covered entry porch, a two car garage and a bedroom that can also be used as an office. The first level above that has the second bedroom plus a very open plan that includes the Living Room with fireplace, Dining Room and Kitchen. The top level is the Master Suite with a large covered balcony, his & hers walk in closets and vanities, a spa tub and shower.

Renovation of an AAMCO/ATT Service Center:
As a part of the requirements for the re-development and beautification of the Lawrenceville Hwy (U.S. 29) Corridor Overlay District this former Goodyear Tire store was renovated. We upgraded it from and old split-faced-block and blue metal mansard building by applying new stucco cornices and dark bronze standing seam metal canopies. The existing aluminum storefront frames were then painted charcoal grey. Part of the building is now being used as an AAMCO Transmission center while the other side is being used as an ATT telephone store, thus bringing new life and vitality back to the City of Lilburn area.

Realty – Tenant Space - Buckhead Powers

We provided the as-built drawings and new tenant drawings for a new real estate office space for Harry Norman Realty's Buckhead branch. We worked very closely with the new branch manager to design the layout of all of the spaces, from the reception area to the break room. Handicapped restrooms were designed and detailed to meet the current handicapped code. We also provided the client with an electrical lighting/ceiling plan. and a furniture layout.

The Hickson Employee Center for The Koppers Company:
South Decatur, Georgia
The Koppers Company manufactures pressure treated wood products at this location. This building houses their site offices and locker rooms for their workers. We provided the as built drawings for the existing building including floor plan, roof plan, and elevations. We then designed and drafted working drawings for new office space and locker rooms including mechanical, plumbing and electrical engineering drawings through our consultants.
