A Major Ranch Expansion
An addition to an existing small 1930's ranch home in Decatur, Ga. where we built a new kitchen, breakfast, family room, deck and laundry room with a dog wash. In fact the new back entry hall was set up so that their dogs could be blocked from running into the family room, with it'd new hard wood floor, and routed into the laundry room. The laundry had a tile floor and a tile wainscot that came up to 42" high. A built in hot water faucet with a hose was installed as well as a floor drain. The new addition came out of the rear of the house at an angle because the house sat on a corner lot with an odd angle.
